The Only Way to God from the Bible

'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. ' Genesis 1:1

'Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.' Genesis 2:7

'So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.' Genesis 2:21-22

'The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.' Genesis 2:9

Jesus is the Son of God.
'And the child grew and became strong; he was filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was on him.' Luke 2:40
'At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.' Mark 1:9
'Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about him spread through the whole countryside.' Luke 4:14

'That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?” He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.' Mark 4:35-39

'When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick.' Matthew 8:16

'Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.' Matthew 9:35

'People were overwhelmed with amazement. “He has done everything well,” they said. “He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”' Mark 7:37

'“Lord,” Martha said to Jesus, “if you had been here, my brother would not have died.' John 11:21

'Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”' John 11:40

'So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.' Hebrews 9:28

'Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away. ' Matthew 27:59-60

'Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance.' John 20:1

'Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: “I have seen the Lord!” And she told them that he had said these things to her.' John 20:18

'On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord.' John 20:19-20

'For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance : that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,' 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

'Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' John 14:6

'If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.' Romans 10:9

'Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord,' Acts 3:19

'This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.' 1 John 3:16

Pray: Dear Jesus, I believe that you are the only true God. I will turn from all my sins. Please forgive me. Thank you for dying in my place. I want you to take over my life. Please be the Lord of my life. I will trust you and obey you. Thank you for the gift of eternal life with you. In Jesus' name, Amen
