Waking up early your body is going to be tire and you would not have the energy to do the work. Your students may think that waking up early is too much and they be really wary that I can't wake up that time and they not sleep well.

Energy make you students do their work and finishing their test.Without their energy they can’t do anything.To mush waking up they loose their energy.Some people when they loose their energy they are boring they don’t like do anything.

The problem is that they mate have a problem with their life for example “Some of the most serious potential problems associated with chronic sleep deprivation are high blood pressure, diabetes, heart attack, heart failure or stroke.Also, research links a lack of sleep to an increase of the stress hormone cortisol in the body”.
