Chris Cosh - Defensive Coordinator/Defensive Backs

  • Veteran of 32 seasons as a college coach, 18 as a defensive coordinator
  • Led Richmond to NCAA Playoffs in only season in 2016
  • 4 members of Richmond defense were All-CAA in 2016
  • Has coached with Nick Saban, Lou Holtz, Bill Snyder, and Ralph Friedgen
  • 1984 graduate of Virgina Tech

Bill Polin - Tight Ends

  • Veteran of 17 seasons as a college coach at all four divisions
  • Led Richmond to 3 straight NCAA Playoff appearances
  • Richmond set nearly every school passing record during tenure
  • Served at Middlebury under Delaware Hall of Famer Mickey Heinecken

Blaine McCorkle – Offensive Line

  • Veteran of 18 seasons as a college coach
  • Spent last 8 seasons at UR, leading Spiders to 3 straight NCAA Playoff appearances
  • Served under Rocco at both Liberty and Richmond
  • Long snapper who led LSU to 2 SEC titles during playing career
  • 2000 graduate of LSU

Manny Rojas – Inside Linebackers

  • Coached 7 seasons under Danny Rocco at Liberty & Richmond
  • 2-time All-Big South linebacker at Liberty under Rocco
  • Led Spiders to 3 straight NCAA Playoff appearances
  • Part of 6 conference titles during 11 seasons as college coach and player
  • 2007 graduate of Liberty

Clint Sintim – Outside Linebackers

  • Led Richmond to consecutive NCAA Playoff appearances in 2015-16
  • Super Bowl XLVI Champion as a linebacker with New York Giants
  • Captain and All-American at Virginia
  • Took part in NFL Minority Internship Program in 2016
  • 2009 graduate of Virginia

Dennis Dottin-Carter - Defensive line

  • Veteran of 9 college seasons as a coach
  • Interim head coach at Delaware in 2016
  • Coached 5 All-CAA lineman at UD, including NFL's Zach Kerr
  • All-CAA defensive lineman at Maine
  • 2003 graduate of Maine

Eddie Allen – Special Teams / Running Backs

Carl Kotz - Associate Director of Operations

  • Previously worked at Clemson, UConn, and with NFL Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Worked with NFL Europe’s Cologne (Germany) Centurions

Chris Stewart – Strength & Conditioning

  • 1998 graduate of Western Carolina and 2001 master's graduate of Tennessee

Tony Palmieri – Video Coordinator

  • 9-year veteran of video coordination, 5 at Richmond
  • Previous stints at Yale and with NFL N.Y. Giants and Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Father is long-time strength coach with New York Giants
  • 2009 graduate of North Florida
