Module/Week 1—A foundation for teaching
This is our first official week of class. Let’s roll. Listen to this song and reflect. You may need to come back to this if you feel discouraged by whatever is going on in your life.
It is very important for you to take the course requirements checklist Monday night or Tuesday A.M. This is required for me to be able to submit that you are enrolled in the class--- Thus, if not taken right away, your financial aid can be negatively effected. Thanks for you cooperation!
Here are your assignments for this week
Make sure you look over all the assignments for the 8 weeks as well and see which ones could be better if you take an early start.
Assignments for this week 1:
Course Requirements Checklist
Background Check Quiz
MAT/MED Core Advising Guide Quiz
Parkers' Learning Styles Profile
Reminder: It seems a lot of the students I have had have a technically hard time attaching a picture of themselves on the introduction discussion board. I want everyone to get this right this time. The best format to attach a picture is in a .jpg format. Look at my picture attached on the introduction discussion board. That is a jpeg file. I think you could also do a pdf format. Don't worry if you don't get this right the first time. I will try to let you know if I can view it or not.
