Homelessness in D.C. Unattractive Streets

Homeless people often struggle to maintain their hygiene, which creates a dirty, grungy look for the city.

Temporary 'homes' or 'beds' are made, taking up public streets and resting areas. In addition, the piles of their possessions produce a cluttered effect

Seeing homeless people on the streets in D.C. takes away from the historical and beautiful picture that outsiders imagine about. Instead of enjoying the monuments and museums, people often leave remembering the clutter and dirtiness that the homeless bring.
