Watch this video as an introduction to learning about the different names of animals that live at the zoo.

Task

In this WebQuest, you will learn about the different animals that live at the zoo. You will learn by looking at pictures, watching videos, and reading about them. You will draw pictures to show what you have learned and will write a fact about each animal. Make sure that your pictures include a lot of detail and that you have accurate facts. By the end of this WebQuest you will have a book full of zoo animals.

Process

Click on this YouTube video and learn some fun and interesting facts about zoo animals! After you watch the video choose three animals that you learned about and draw a picture of them. Next, write a informational fact that you learned about that animal beneath your picture.

Click on the button above that says "Click Here". When you get to the website please choose three different zoo animals that you did not choose from the previous video to click on and learn about. After you choose three different animals draw a detailed picture of each of them. Then choose a fact such as their behavior, eating habits, conservation efforts, etc. to write about underneath the picture you drew.

Click on the next YouTube video above. As you watch the video you will learn about zoo animals and their natural habitats. Please choose two new animals that you have not chosen yet and draw a picture of them. Below the picture you drew write a fact about that animal's habitat.

Click on the button above that says "Click Here". When you get to the website please choose two different zoo animals that you have not chosen to learn about yet. After you choose two different animals draw a detailed picture of each of them. Then choose a fact such as what they eat.
