Iowa State beat West Virginia 80-74 on Saturday at the Sprint Center in Kansas City to win the 2017 Big 12 Tournament Championship, the team's third in four years.
Monté Morris, who averaged nearly 18 points per contest over the past three games, was named the Most Outstanding Player of the tournament.
Deonte Burton and Matt Thomas were also named to the Big 12 All-Championship Team, along with West Virginia's Jevon Carter and Tarik Philip.
The Cyclones will head into postseason play having won 10 of their last 12 games and having beat every team in the Big 12 at least once this season.
“We wanted redemption. We made a statement today winning the game like we did by the amount we did. I bet the world isn’t sleeping on us no more.” — Naz Mitrou-Long
