Dinner & drinks at the Aquarium of the Pacific and a special evening with

Dr. David Wilmot, Founder and President of Ocean Champions

Philippe Cousteau

Senator Mark Begich

On January 12th, 2017 Ocean Champions will issue the State of our Ocean address at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA. We will share analysis and insight into what the election means for creating strong ocean policy. Having spent more than a decade helping elect pro-ocean conservation candidates to Congress, we will discuss the impact of having the right people on Capitol Hill, the value of a pragmatic nonpartisan approach to ocean policy, and actionable information that all of us working towards a healthy and sustainable ocean and its wildlife will need to know to be successful.

The purpose of this event is to share our understanding of the current political landscape as it relates to the ocean and the critical issues described above. We will present policy opportunities that are ripe for action, and ideas as to how the overall ocean conservation community can together achieve victories through coordinated efforts and strategic campaigns.

Learn how we will together be more effective than ever in our battle for a healthy ocean. Reserve your table or ticket now.
