On Friday, April 13, 2018 - Harlem High School hosted the second annual Career-Con. Over 130 professionals from across the community and from numerous professional fields spoke to students about their future. During three sessions, students heard about the day-to-day of careers ranging from aerospace to public safety.

Presenters speak to students at the 2018 Career-Con

Students signed up for two 50-minute sessions based on their career interests. Each session included a panel of 2-3 professionals and up to 25 students. A total of 45 sessions were offered from 16 different career clusters. The students also participated in a general session in the auditorium titled, “Manners Don’t Count - Said No Employer, Ever!” This session was presented by Andrea Gibbs of Gibson Partners.
