Mental/Emotional health is how we think, feel, and cope with life. Your mental or emotional health determines your mood and how you can act or feel that day. Different atmospheres or surroundings can trigger your mental/emotional health. All of your daily thoughts are inside of your brain which store your how your feeling; mental or emotional health.

What are ways You can improve your mental or emotional health?

Ways to improve your mental or emotional health can be as easy as finding the right ways or words to express yourself. Admitting to yourself what you're feeling can be proven to help stabilize what your feeling. Whether it's being angry, sad, happy, anxious or even jealous, there is always a way to get thorough it. Emotions are a natural thing to have, so embrace it.

3 basic emotional needs

The 3 basic emotional or mental needs are the need to love and be loved, the need to belong, and lastly the need to feel worthwhile. Without these basic needs the human body makes your mental health decrease, consulting in depression.

What else can we know about mental/emotional health?

Your mental or emotional health can effect your day or how you're feeling. If you're having a bad day, your mental or emotional health won't be as good as on a day where you are feeling happy. Surrounding yourself with people and things you love can create a happy mental or emotional health.
