Exercise (Self-Design Exhibit 1)

I chose to do a self exhibit on Exercising because I feel it is a very important piece of my life. I think that being fit and strong will help me accomplish many things I want to do in my life. I am a believer in being the best overall person I can be and I think being fit is part of that. The Bible also says that our bodies are temples, so we need to take care of them. I want to avoid limiting myself in as many ways as possible and I feel like this is a good one I can try to control pretty well. I have a Fitbit which helps me keep track of my exercise, sleep, and some more specific features. Health and fitness were two of my top 5 values in the personal values exhibit.

Reflection: I really enjoyed doing this exhibit and I would say it was one of my favorites. I have been fascinated by tracking my exercise well before doing this and that is why I like Fitbit so much because it makes it easy and I can look back on what I have previously done without writing everything down manually. This exhibit did help me recognize some things that I hadn't really noticed before. For example, for the most part I found that when I did workout or do something physically strenuous, I was exhausted for a little bit but then shortly after I had more energy to do other things I needed to do and I felt better about doing them. I also felt pretty good about myself for the rest of the day as well.
