Montreal, QC - RMC (4-13-1) was held scoreless for the first time since October in a 2-0 loss to McGill (10-4-3).
Austin Hannaford was in goal for RMC on Saturday, stopping all 14 shots he faced in the first period. The Paladins netminder finished the game with 45 saves.
The teams were tied 0-0 after 20 minutes.
McGill scored the game's first goal on the power play from Maximilian Daigle. Frederic Gamelin increased McGill's lead less than a minute later.
With 20 minutes left, McGill led RMC 2-0.
McGill had 47 shots in the match, while RMC had just 10.
The Paladins next games will be on January 5 and 6 when the Paladins host Carleton and Concordia.
