Learning about how to communicate between men and women is a major key to success especially in today’s professional world where women are increasingly moving into management and leadership roles.
Communication and understanding between genders should be an instinctive or spontaneous function as easy as breathing. Yet we each have our own stereotypes, biases and blind spots that get in the way. In addition, we observe that the dynamics within each gender affects expected outcomes where old stereotypes exclude and place barriers to a woman’s progress. This session takes a new perspective and shows how your natural differences and attributes, as different types of men and women, can add to or distract from success results.
You know it matters – and now you can gain a clear understanding for all communications – in a complex world where men and women now work together, it’s essential to understand and value each other. This session covers;
- Understanding Male and Female Gender Dynamics Types
- Learning Communication Styles for Effective Results within Mixed Teams
- Embedding a Collaborative Language Style for Work Relationships
- Improved Interaction between all players
- Expanded Creative Output in Mixed Teams
- Higher Level Performance and Results
