A. ***Interboards are placed in a queue once received complete. Marking a listing as URGENT or ASAP will in no way speed up the process. An incomplete package will delay the process.***

Please Note: If ALL steps are not completed as required (including all mandatory fields on the data input form), the interboard package will not be processed. BDAR staff are not able to complete any information over the phone. YOU WILL BE EMAILED if there are any issues. Interboard listings do not upload to Realtor.ca
B. Complete BDAR's Data Form (seller signature not required).
Forms must be typed. Hand written forms will NOT be accepted.
Data input forms can be found through CREA WEBForms®:
- Click on Printable Forms
- Change Organization (drop-down) to Barrie & District Association of REALTORS®
- Select the form that applies to your property type: Residential/Multi-Residential/Farm/Vacant Land/Commercial/Business Only
- Click "edit" to type the information onto the form
NOTE ***As per our Rules 'The accuracy of all information contained in a listing is the responsibility of the listing Brokerage', as such we cannot enter in the remarks that 'the buyer/buyer agent must verify' any of the information entered***
- All mandatory fields must be completed (mandatory fields appear bold/shaded in headings)
- Property must be available for showings immediately when entered on our system
- Room dimensions are mandatory
- Photos (up to 50) in .jpg format as attachments to your email or in a .zip file
- Virtual tours must be unbranded
C. Authentication of property listed on your home Board is a FULL REPORT print out of the listing as it appears on your home Board MLS®.
D. Interboard packages including Data Sheet, your Board printout of the listing, payment consent form, and all photos should be emailed to email@example.com
E. When all information has been received and verified, an invoice will be emailed to you. You can securely enter your credit card information to pay online. Do not forward credit card information.
F. Once payment is received, the listing will be submitted on our system.
All status changes including firm or fallen through conditions, cancellations and suspensions must be reported to BDAR within two (2) business days. An updated print out from your MLS® System showing the status change must be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org. ***You are responsible to ensure that all amendments and status changes are forwarded. If a listing is cancelled and relisted with your home board then the listing would be cancelled and relisted with BDAR (all interboard fees apply)***
