Program Outcomes
The purpose of the program is to transform leaders, organizations, and communities through focused, flexible study addressing real-world problems and issues. A unique characteristic of the program is a curriculum in which each course is community-based, i.e. course content is connected to the graduate student's community. Academic study is connected to concepts, issues, and content that are familiar, understandable, accessible, and personally relevant to each student

Program Outcomes
The online Post-Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration is designed to prepare teachers for leadership roles in P-12 school corporations/districts. Upon completion of the 24 credit hour program, the passage of the required licensure test, and the required teaching experience, graduates may be eligible for an Indiana Building-Level Administrator License.

Program Outcomes
The online certificate program forTeacher License Addition in Exceptional Needs: Mild Intervention is designed to prepare teachers to teach exceptional students with mild disabilities in grades P-12. Upon the completion of the 24 credit hour program and the passage of the required Indiana content licensure test, graduates may be eligible for license addition in Exceptional Needs: Mild Intervention.
