Event Furniture Rentals

Starting as a trade show company over 30 years ago, we have evolved from setting up folding chair booths to custom options. Consumer trade shows, like craft shows that offer on-site sales focuses more on space for displaying products, whereas industry trade shows also look for a space that encourages discussions about company services. At Superior Show we have options for all spaces with our large inventory of event furniture rentals.

Event rentals make all the difference in ensuring that your message is consistent in all areas. We can outfit your event with everything from basic tables and chairs to VIP lounges with leather seating. Lounge furniture is the best for creating an inviting atmosphere at a trade show or conference. If you are holding a backyard BBQ or family gathering, then consider our 30” wide plastic tables and folding chairs for a casual atmosphere and easy cleanup. If participating in a trade show or having a cocktail party, 42” high cruiser tables and stools are the way to go.

Our staff is very knowledgeable about how to distribute your facility’s power to your exhibitors. Are you having an outdoor event or festival? We can work with your portable power supplier to ensure all your exhibitors have access to electrical.

Surprise! At Big Valley Jamboree in Camrose, AB. we run over 7km (that's 3280 feet!) of electrical cable to power their outdoor exhibits and concessions. Our extensive inventory of electrical distribution, lighting equipment, and qualified personnel make certain every event runs smoothly.

Rental Carpet and Floor Covering

The red carpet is a symbol of arrival and prestige. From the trade show floor to an outdoor tent rental, we can fit your temporary flooring needs regardless if your event is indoors or out.

Carpet rentals come in a variety of colours and sizes.

Our warehouse has rolls of primary colour options to match your brand. We can cover an entire arena show floor, separate vendor space, or direct traffic with a variety of coloured aisle carpet, including a couple specialty option such as "Highway"!

Custom Exhibits & Installation

If you want to make a real statement and have a one of a kind display, work with our staff to create a custom exhibit for your space. Either start from scratch and build something new and different or take parts of our standard exhibit booths and put them together for something that meets your specifications. Options include; seamless graphic walls, TV’s mounted to the wall, shelving, and built in counters just to name a few ideas.

Whether your exhibit consists of a large custom exhibit, pop-up display or banner stands and furniture, save your staff time and headaches onsite by hiring one of our experienced installers to setup your exhibit. Our staff will complete the exhibit install and dismantle, allowing your staff to arrive fresh and ready to promote your company, After the event, they can walk away while we complete dismantle and package your displays for shipping.
