Problem 1

Next month, You are invited to a spectacular extravaganza. It is Bella Montoya's Motsmas (Movie tamale christmas) party. If you are interested in coming, You can text me to rsvp.

Problem 2

For the Kitchen Aid classic stand mixer, Newegg.com won with the price of $199.99. Next, Target won with $13.09 for the non-stick roasting pan. After that, Essential Hardware had $14.51 for the potato masher. Finally, for the turkey baster, Ebay won with $1.39.

Problem 3

Since I have seven guest, I need two cans of cranberries. For fry's food store, I got $2.30. Now, for safeway I got $2.48. That means Fry's food store has a better price.

Problem 4

For this stuffing recipe, I used Betty crocker website. For this recipe, you will need 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground sage, 18 cups of bread cubes, 3 teaspoons of chopped hymne leaves, 2 medium onions, 4 large celery stalks and 1 and a half cups of butter.

Problem 5

For the mashed potato recipe, you need 8 pounds of Russet potatoes, 2 tablespoons of salt, 8 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 cup heavy cream, and some freshly ground pepper.

Problem 6

For problem 6, since I am having seven guest, I chose to get a 12 pound turkey because I don't want people to eat less and still be hungry. I would rather have left- overs and people be full.

Problem 7

My family recipe is banana nut bread. For this recipe, you need one fourth pound of unsalted butter, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 and a half cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup of mashed bananas, a half cup of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a half cups of chopped walnuts, and one fourth chocolate chips. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and butter 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Next, use a electric mixer to cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Now, add eggs. After that, sift the dry ingredients together and combine butter mixture. Finally, and bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.

Problem 8

For problem 8, I chose pumpkin, banana, and lemon pies. Now, since I have seven guest, I made seven different combinations and split the pies based on how many people wanted different pies. Then, I shaded only one piece per person and I had a half remaining which is less that two thirds.
