Who is William Shakespeare ?

Thesis; Shakespeare is arguable the greatest writer of all time.

Commentary:Then william started to get criticized by people. For example, one of the people was A.C.Bradley.

Quote # 2:”Shakespeare's first published works were two narrative poems, Venus and Adonis (1593) and The Rape of Lucrece (1594). In 1599 a volume of poetry entitled The Passionate Pilgrim was published and attributed entirely to Shakespeare”(Lander 5).

Commentary:t is showing how he was a writer and how he was also a actor. Its is explaining it because he is writing and they are admiring how he did act.They are also trying to see if he really was an actor.I

Authorities believed the plague was spread whenever people gathered together in large groups (an audience gathering to watch a play, for example). From 1592 to 1594, the theaters were closed a number of times”(Lander 8)
