- A healthy diet is eating healthy. Eating the right foods to stay in shape.

How can eating a healthy diet affect my ability to live a healthy and balanced life?

Eating a healthy diet will affect my ability to live a healthy and balanced life because it would help me do better and be more flexible in cheer leading. It would help me personally feel better about myself. I would be more positive because I have so much more energy. Eating healthy food can lead to weight loss, increased energy and improved mental health. Looking and feeling good positively influence my self confidence. Higher self-esteem can make me more confident socially, building up my wish to forge new friendships.
