phase 1: architect & discovery session

Successful UC solutions require an organization to prepare and align three supporting technology groups; Servers Infrastructure, Telephony, and Data Networks. To do this successfully requires preparation and understanding of existing environments, organizational goals, timelines and project objectives before proceeding. The goal of an ADS is to identify organizational requirements, architecture details, and to minimize unexpected project costs and delays.
