Health as the key of success for children

Healthy food provide the right nutrients that children need in order to have a proper development.

Fruits, vegetables, and cereals are examples of healthy food that children should consume everyday.
Fast food in excess cause overweight and obesity on children, having as a result health problems that include physical, mental, and social issues.

Fast food are bad for health because they only provide empty calories: this mean that they do not provide any nutrient but they have lot of fat, sugar and sodium that are harmful for children's bodies.

Examples of fast food are hamburger, cupcakes, and pizza.

Parents are the ones with the responsibility of teaching and showing their children healthy habits that they will later repeat in life.

The health of future generations depends on everyday life choices.

"To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear." Buddha
