Yes, that's right you now have the option within Launch, by Adobe to set the loading method of the library by for each environment within a property. NOTE: There are important ramifications for how this impacts the workings of all solutions enabled through Launch such as personalized content and page bottom events.

Rule Ordering

Rules within your Launch, by Adobe property are now able to be assigned a load order. This ordering applies to sets of rules that have the same event condition trigger, otherwise normal condition evaluation will control when & where rules execute.

Date Ranges & Sampling are now available for setting up conditions for rules within Launch, by Adobe
