Your PTFA, as a registered charity, must have various governing documents, policies and procedures in place with The Charities Commission. The committee have been working hard behind the scenes over the last term to bring all of these documents up to date. These will be available to view shortly, before they are officially voted in to replace the old documents at the AGM in September. If you are unable to attend the AGM and wish to see these documents, please contact us and this can be arranged.
We always love to see new faces and hear new perspectives at our meetings and we feel that it's really important for parents and carers from across the school to be represented when decisions are made.
We do realise that it isn’t always convenient for everyone to come to our meetings, so there is often discussion on our Facebook page/inbox too. Suggestions and comments made using these forums are always passed on and taken into consideration during the meetings.
