W.E. O'Neil Raises Third Tower Crane in Lincoln Park
W.E. O'Neil recently erected a tower crane at the Belmont Village Senior Living Center project, across the street from the Lincoln Common development.
This is W.E. O'Neil's third tower crane at the busy Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Erecting the tower crane at Belmont Village is a critical step in bringing the project out of the ground now that excavation is ending.
In order to accommodate the below-grade parking for the project, W.E. O'Neil excavated two stories under ground and underpinned the adjacent Lincoln Park residential buildings to ensure they will not be disturbed during construction.
The site is now ready for vertical construction of the seven-story high-end senior living center!
