Harperstown a Utopia based on the Character of Atticus Finch

Atticus Finch is a character in Harper Lee's novel, To Kill a Mockingbird. He is known for his ability to be reasonable, kind, and fair, even when everyone else in his community is not. The idea behind "Harperstown" is to have a community that lives by the rules that Atticus Finch lives his life by.

Harperstown is in Washington DC. Where many important decisions for our country are made. The hope is that the respectful atmosphere will influence the decision-making of those in charge of the United States.
