physical fitness is your ability to carry out tasks without undue fatigue

there are many components of physical fitness 5 of the most important components are muscular strength muscular endurance cardio respiratory endurance flexibility and body composition.

all these components are essentials to physical fitness because muscular strength is the maximum amount of force that a muscle can exert against some form of resistance in a single effort . Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time . cardio respiratory endurance also contributes to physical fitness because it is the measurement of how well your heart , lungs , and muscles work together to keep your body active over an extended period of time . flexibility and body composition also play into physical fitness . flexibility is the quality of bending without breaking easily . that plays into bone and muscle . flexibility prevents injury during working out sports etc.. and lastly body composition is a way to show how physically fit you are. body composition is a special term used in physical fitness that measures the % of fat, muscles ,water, and bone found in the human body .

6 other essential terms used in physical fitness are agility,balance,coordination,speed,power and reaction time. Agility is the ability to be quik and graceful, balance is the even distribution of weight enabaling someine or something to remain up right and steady. corrdination is the organization of a complex body or activityso as to enable them to work together effectivly. speed is the rate at which someone or something is able to move or operate. Power also comes into play . Power is physical strenghth and force exerted by something or someone and lastly reaction time is the interval of time between the appreciation of a stimulus and the first indiction of response .

BMI also known as body mass index is the values derived from the mass and height of an individual . defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height . My BMI is 39.5
