Reside Living has teamed up with Windy City Paws to raise funds for the PAWS Chicago 5K!

Learn all about how to register for the race and our Reside race reimbursement program by stopping by our Yappy Hour event Wednesday, May 8th in the lobby of the Belmont, located at 3170 N. Sheridan Rd. There will be treats for pets and humans too!

How To Register

You can register for the 5K online and during our Yappy Hour in the lobby of the Belmont! Online registration ends on May 30th, but you can still register the morning of the event at the registration tent.

Reside Athletics' Race Reimbursement

As a Reside resident, you are eligible to participate in Reside Athletics' Race Reimbursement Program! Register for the PAWS 5K, rock Reside Athletics gear on race day, snap a photo to share with us, and you will be reimbursed $25 of your registration fee! Your pup can also join in on the fun with a special "Reside Pawletics" top, just let us know what size! Email Lauren at athletics@resideliving.com to confirm you'd like to take advantage of this perk and let us know where to drop off your complimentary gear.

Event Information and FAQ's

The PAWS Chicago 5K is Chicago's largest dog-friendly event! Now in its 19th year, the PAWS 5K raises funds to support the life-saving work of PAWS Chicago, the Midwest's largest No Kill animal shelter. This event welcomes more than 6,000 human and 2,800 dog participants who come together and take steps to save the lives of homeless pets.

In addition to the main event, participants will enjoy live entertainment, food & drinks, free giveaways and more! The PAWS Chicago 5K Walk/Run is one of BizBash's Top 100 Events in Chicago and Top 10 Athletic Events in 2016, 2017 and 2018!
