Hi guys! Welcome to my page. I’m a London based Photographer specialising in Wedding, and Lifestyle photography. I feel wedding photography should be simple. Weddings days are known to be hectic and your photographer shouldn’t be an added burden. I believe in capturing all the emotions of your event for you to relive over and over again. Frequently asked questions
We want to move forward? What will be necessary to book George Dickson Photography?
Before booking its good to have a conversation with your photographer. This gives you a chance to ask any questions and for us to get acquainted. If you are then satisfied with everything then you secure your date with a 20% deposit. The rest is paid usually in 3 segments based on the schedule leading towards your event.
How long will you be with us on the day itself?
I shoot for moments, and those can come at any time and any place. Since its your special day I believe in staying with the couple throughout the day or at least until it seems like there's nothing more that can be covered. It will be a mutual agreement when the night is covered.
How far should we book in advance?
We suggest that you book as soon as you are sure that you want us to be your wedding photographers. Most of our clients book us a year to 9 months in advance. However, from time to time we don’t book dates and are available. So reach out to us to find out if we’re available for you.
I hate having my picture taken! Help?
I know how you feel! But try looking back through all the shots on the website knowing that nearly every bride and groom you see feels the same – very few people like having their photo taken. My approach isn’t so much about ‘taking your picture’ as just letting you, your partner and guests just do your thing. Your day will be amazing, and you will look as happy as you will feel (so pretty good!) – and you can rest assured there will be no making you throw any cheesy or tacky poses! Simply you, interacting with your best friend/husband/wife, and somewhere in the vicinity; me, just quietly capturing it all.
Can you do destination weddings?
Yes, we'll travel anywhere necessary to capture your day. I love to travel and love the exploring new locations. There cost for any extensive travel will be added to the wedding package
