The Cuvee Experience

The Restaurant.

Evenings are such a beautiful time on 30A. We began our magical experience just as the moon began to rise over Cuvee.

From the moment you walk in Cuvee, the chic blends of concrete, wood and perfectly selected accent colors, offer a warm and welcoming space.

There are private rooms for groups as well as an array of seating selections for the ultimate in guest comfort.

These gorgeous, tufted, high booths add an element of privacy for your party as well as ultra posh, elegant seating.

The Cuvee menu offers a vast array of delicious options including small plates, cheese & charcuterie boards, entrees, flatbreads, desserts and also buy one get one offerings.

If you're one who finds watching the chefs at work or unique plating techniques of interest, Cuvee offers an immaculate open kitchen suited for just those things.

The Bar.

Craft cocktails are an excellent way to being any dining experience. Cuvee offers an extensive list of exclusive house crafted cocktails such as the Corrupt Bargain, the Southern Belle and The Bacon & Eggs, as well as perfect skills at mixing the classics such as an Old Fashioned or a simple Gin & Tonic.


Cuvee has an excellent list of options to create your own personalized cheese & charcuterie boards. From cow, goat and sheep's milks cheeses such as Drunken Goat, Prairie Breeze, Lambchopper and Double Glouchester to charcuterie choices such as an Italian Alto Speck, a Spanish Jamon Iberico and Duck Prosciutto, you will easily find something delicious to meet all tastes.

You can never go wrong with fresh shellfish straight from the coast, while you're on the coast! The oysters were DIVINE.

The wood fired Bone Marrow at Cuvee is superb. Accented with caramelized onions, chimichurri and served with rustic baguettes, the dish is as delicious as it is nutritious.

Another fantastic option is the Cuvee Pork Belly served with cucumber kimchi, miso & a wonderfully light soy glaze

Duck Breast is a tried and true favorite in the south and the Cuvee preparation is outstanding featuring perfectly cooked duck breast accented with spätzle, mushrooms, truffle cream, and a poached egg.

Shrimp & Grits are a must on any solid seafood menu. The combination of shrimp highlighted with spiced cream, chorizo vinaigrette, fried garlic chips over creamy grits is utterly and fabulously sinful.

The dessert menu extends the the push over the top with decadent offerings such as this exquisite Bourbon Buttermilk pie with goat cheese ice cream, blueberry jam, honeycomb.

From the modern decor, to the outstanding menu, to the perfectly executed dishes and everything in between, Cuvee Kitchen and Wine Bar is a five-star experience. We were so excited to have the pleasure of meeting Zach and other members of the Cuvee staff. Their passion and dedication to the restaurant is evident through their attention to detail, professionalism and excellent service. Cuvee is a must visit destination in Destin.
