Chottanikkara Temple (India)

Chottanikkara Temple is located in India and is the temple of the Hindu mother goddess, Bhagavathi. It is the most important temple of the Hinduism religion, and I got to walk through it and experience it first-hand. People were coming and going throughout the day, as they worship in the morning, afternoon, and in the evening. I got to experience the peace and harmony this temple gives to the people.

Tirumala Venkateswara Temple (India)

Tirumala Venkateswara Temple is located in India, and is the most-visited holy place in the world. That being said, it was very crowded because so many people come from all over the world to visit it. The reason so many people visit this temple is because it is like visiting the Hindu God. Just being there, I got to experience everyone, including me, feel overwhelming joy and happiness. Also, after praying to the Hindu God, people are confident that he will answer your prayer completely. A miracle was said to happen at this temple in 1979 when the Hindu God came to save all of mankind.

Lumbini (Nepal)

Lumbini is located in Nepal, and is the birth place of Buddha. This temple is where the religion of Buddhism started. Within Lumbini are many temples, which all give peace for your mind and soul. Each temple was built by different countries and each temple is very beautiful. Lumbini is always changing, and even as I was walking through, people were making modifications to the temples. Overall, Lumbini is a magnificent place.

Sarnath (India)

Sarnath is located in India and is where Gautama Buddha taught of the Buddhist religion for the first time after his enlightenment. This is one of only four sites that Buddha sanctioned. At this sacred site, I was able to learn a lot about Buddha, and experience great peace at each and every temple which are represented by different countries. The whole site sends positive feelings to the people who visit it.

The Western Wall (Jerusalem)

The Western Wall is located in Jerusalem and is the holiest site of the Jewish religion. It was very busy, as thousands of worshippers visit to worship and pray all day and even night. I was able to watch people leave their prayers within the cracks of the wall which was very amazing to see. I also got to experience a special service held at this sacred site, while I was visiting. Everything about this site was overall breathtaking.

The Tower of David (Jerusalem)

The Tower of David is located in Jerusalem and was built 2,000 years ago. While visiting this site, I got to learn a lot about the history of The Tower of David, and how it is still making history today. This site gets very crowded in the evenings because they put on a magnificent light show, which they project on the walls of the tower. The experience I got from visiting The Tower of David was amazing.

Yardenit (Israel)

Yardenit is located in Israel and is a very famous site of baptism for Christians and is where Jesus Christ was baptized. Many Christians visit this site and many also get baptized here. I got to witness many baptisms at this river while visiting, and it was life changing. Experiencing this river and the people getting baptized gives visitors joy and happiness.

Capernaum is the town of Jesus Christ. Many people visit the town of Capernaum, and the experience is amazing. In this town, people are everywhere, worshipping, learning about the history of Capernaum and everything that took place in it, and I was also able to learn about the most challenging sermon Jesus preached. This town gives off positive feelings as people all around celebrate Jesus and all He has done.

The Quba Mosque is located in Saudi Arabia and is one of the oldest mosques in the world. It is said that Muhammad contributed to the very early stages of construction of this site. The prayer hall within the mosque is amazing, as I got to experience hundreds of people praying to the Islamic God. This mosque is very large and full of adventure and joy.
