Max climbed under the barbed wire fence and threw some berries to Zena. Then a security guard spotted him. The security guard grabbed Max and while the guard was walking Max saw Zena's head pop out of a bush. Max wriggled out of the guard's hand and shoved the guard with all his might and the guard fell to the ground. Max and Zena ran and ran until they finally came to a wheat field and they lay down. Later they were found by an old farmer who wanted to help them.

The old farmer's name was Mr.Jablonski, and he told the children to hide in the barn's hay loft and cover themselves with hay because the Nazis had already searched the barn.

The barn.

In the middle, ,Max and Zena found Aunt Hana and the two other Jewish resistance troops that blew up the Nazi train. The Nazi train contained great amounts of ammunition and tanks. The resistance troops and Max and Zena traveled to loda forest where the other troops had a secret base.

In the end, a few weeks after Aunt Hana and some other troops had left the base they came back with someone special to Max and Zena. Can you guess who that someone is? It was their father! The Nazis were losing the war! A few weeks later the Nazis had lost the war. Hitler took his own life. The Nazis lost world war 2. Aunt Hana married Lev and they were living in Palestine.
