THREE READY TO BLEND SMOOTHIES Perfect for breakfast this week (courtesy of Betty Crocker)

Make-ahead smoothie packs for a quick and easy breakfast. Follow these three steps for each recipe below. Enjoy!

1. Cut up and measure out ingredients

2. Please ingredients into labeled freezer bag, and freeze

3. Blend one cup of liquid with smoothie when ready to blend (yogurt, milk, juice, etc)

Smoothie #1: Mango Berry

Ingredients: 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 cup strawberries, and 1 cup mango

Smoothie #2: Summer Fruit

Ingredients: 2 kiwis, 1/2 cup peaches, 1 1/2 cup strawberries

Smoothie #3: Peachy Blue

Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup peaches
