In Ancient Egypt, there was a social pyramid. The pharaoh and those who are associated with divinity were at top, and servants and slaves made up the bottom.

Ancient Egypt was basically what is called a "supply State". Products for consumption were delivered to state or temple institutions which in turn distributed food and other goods to the population. Bartering is trading one good for another, rather than exchanging money.

Ancient Egyptian civilization was based on religion; their belief in the rebirth after death became their driving force behind their funeral practices. Death was simply a temporary interruption, rather than complete cessation, of life and that eternal life could be ensured by means like piety to the gods, preservation of the physical form through Mummification, and the provision of statuary and other funerary equipment. Each human consisted of the physical body, the "ka, the 'ba', and the 'akh'.

Children in Ancient Egypt stayed with their mothers until the age of four, During these years, strong respect for their mothers was instilled in the children..... School taught writing, reading, math, and sports as well as morals and manors.

Ancient Egyptian religion was a complex system of polytheistic beliefs and rituals which were an integral part of ancient Egyptian society. It centered on the Egyptian's interaction with many deities who were believed to be present in, and in control of, the forces of nature.

Daily life in ancient Egypt revolved around the Nile and the fertile land along its banks. The yearly flooding of the Nile enriched the soil and brought good harvests and wealth to the land.... Most ancient Egyptians worked as fled hands, farmers, craft mans and scribes. A small group was called the nobles.

Ancient Egyptian art is the painting,sculpture, architecture and other arts produced by civilization of ancient Egypt in the lower Nile Valley from about 3000 BC to 30 A.D. Ancient Egyptian art reached a high level in painting and sculpture, and was both highly stylized an symbolic.
