Reforming Special Education Inadequate education leads to difficulty in workforce

The goal is to develop confidence in the special education students so they are ready for the workforce.

We do not want the special needs students to go into the workforce with fear and discouragement instead of confidence.

They should have the confidence to know they can do it!

Students should celebrate their successes

Marshall's special education students should be excited to go to school and learn

Unity is a great principal for the special education program to learn

Special education classes should be peaceful and cooperative
