THINGS TO CELEBRATE
Way to go Chelo, Erika and Moni. What a wonderful last assembly of this school year.
Kids did an amazing job connecting our Character Counts values with "Día de la Amistad". They sent a great message of friendship and respecting differences to all of us. Congratulations for all the hard work and love you put into this project an all the other assemblies.

MONDAY FEBRUARY 20TH
Student dismissal will be at 12h30.
The afternoon will be used by the faculty to enter grades into Power School, fill out the student profile cards and take care of other end of year tasks.
TUESDAY FEBERUARY 21ST
Please all grades need to be in Power School so Eliana can do a run through of errors and have report cards ready for Thursday.
Conduct also needs to be entered both by core and Spanish teacher under the category E2.

Please send an email to parents reminding them about this and that kids need to come dressed up as Rock Stars to celebrate the end of a "Rocking School Year"

End of the year assembly
6th graders will be in charge of it as a way to say farewell to Lower School. They have prepared some activities to share with all LS in the following schedule:
8:30-9:00:
Fair, Games and Activities for 1st and 2nd grade
9h00-9h45
Fair, Games and Activities for 3rd-5th grade
9h45-10h15
Break for all classes.
10h15-11h45
Core teachers please plan a nice end of the year activity for your students. Use this time as a class to reflect on the things achieved and learned during the year.
Spanish teachers and Specialist make sure you stop by each class you teach to say good bye to your students as well.

On the link below you can find a sample email. On that email we remind them about the importance of reading during the summer and keep on practicing Math and Language Arts. Like last year please send them a LA and Math Package like the ones on the sample for them to use and review during the summer.
