Who are you?

You are an undergraduate student with a diverse set of skills. You are resourceful and find it interesting to work with data. You're not afraid to teach yourself about new technologies or skills. You often find yourself spending time thinking about how to improve your performance and wanting to do more.

Why do you want to work with us?

Students in this role gain hands-on experience working with the OnTrack to Post-Secondary education program, a career readiness curriculum and learning management system. This position allows for students to gain real world experience working alongside UIF staff and partner organizations.

Responsibilities? Here they are:

There is not a standard work day for the OnTrack Research and Data Associate. Every day is different based on the projects that are required to maintain and enhance the OnTrack e-Learning system. This environment requires the student to be flexible and proactive.

  • Data Management and Visualization
  • Miscellaneous Research
  • User Interface Design
  • Lead Generation
  • Survey Design and Data Collection
  • Marketing Strategy and Implementation
  • Social Media Marketing

  • Self-motivated undergraduate students (rising juniors and seniors)
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Fall/Spring Internship (8/25/18- 5/1/19), 15-25 hours/week, M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM
  • Compensation: Paid bi-weekly at $12/hr
