Hello Davis and Co friends and family! We hope that you had a great APRIL. We have a had our yearly snow in May, so, we should be well on our way to summer now, right? I hope there is not any more freezing weather. The flowers this spring were so lovely. The picture above is from my backyard. I get kinda silly happy about little things like this. I have also gotten some seeds planted in the garden. For that reason, I am hoping it stays warm and we get some good rain. Do you plant a garden? A lady at a local coffee shop said that zucchini is one thing that is great to grow in Colorado. So, guess what got planted in my garden? Yep, zucchini! If you plant zucchini, below is a link for 10 ways to cook it. I think I will try all of these, providing the plants survive a dog, kids, and a schedule that may lead to lack of water! If you have a recipe for zucchini, feel free to send it to me and I will share it in next month's newsletter! I do love to interact with you guys!

A Big THANK YOU!

This past month, we were able to do something that we hadn't got to do before and we're so honored to have been able to be a part of this. It was a beautiful night to be able to help out the Marks' Family on their journey of adoption. We are truly thankful for everyone that came out to support and our vendors who donated their time and Izzy's Home Design for allowing us to use the showroom! I hope you all had as great as time as we did. We got to meet a few new people in our community and it was so fun! Here are a few photos of that evening. THANK YOU, again!

Market Report

As not to sound like a broken record, I will tell you a true story of what we have seen as a team. We listed a home recently and it was under contract within a few days. Could have been sooner but offers were presented on a certain day. It went under contract for 25,000.00 over what it was listed at. However, the buyer backed out. Maybe some would panic with this happening but we had so many offers in, that we knew that it would be back under contract before the end of that day. It was, and it was under contract this time for 28,000.00 over the listing price! Can you believe it? Yes, that is the market we are in, folks. We have a property listed in Aurora and we are seeing the same response with this one as well. If you are listing your home, its going to sell. If you are listing your home with Carissa, it is more than likely going to sell for more than you think it could. We don't play around. We are here to get you the most money for your property in the least amount of time and with the smoothest transaction possible.

Now, if you are buying, this may sound down right depressing. Don't worry! Carissa has a lot of experience writing good solid contracts and sometimes she has to get creative. That is the advantage to working with a great experienced agent. If you have questions regarding listing your home or buying, give Carissa a call at 720.226.9200. In the meantime here is your monthly market report!

FREE BREAKFAST Tuesdays!

We are constantly talking of ways to give back to our community. Seriously, it's a constant conversation. We love it. It is where our hearts are and we LOVE people. So, through out the summer we will be giving out Santiago's Breakfast Burritos (maybe donuts sometimes) from 7:15-9:00 a.m. on the 2nd AND 4th Tuesday of each month. We will be set up at Benedict Park off of Southern Street. Look for signs and come grab breakfast before dropping the kids to school or on your way to work! But hurry....we will only be there while supplies last! YUM!

Happy Mother's day, Moms! your comfort, encouragement, support, strength, and love make this world a better place!

As always, thank you all for being a HUGE part of what we do. We could not do this without you!!

With Love,

Carissa, Rachael, and Allison
