Arrive in Montego Bay
- Upon arrival in Montego Bay, Jamaica, you will go through the Immigration process. You will then collect your luggage and then go through Customs. This is very well laid out and easy to follow.
- After clearing Customs, you will then enter the Arrivals Lounge where you will find your ground transportation via Amstar.
- The transfer time will take approximately 20 or so from the airport to the hotel depending on traffic.
**Many people will ask you if you need help along the way. It is not necessary to use their services, but should you choose to use them for handling luggage, etc., it is customary to tip them. It is also customary to tip the drivers that will take you between the airport and the resort as they are not hotel employees and not included in the Gratuities offer from the resort.
