Artisan Pizza Tradition kissed by gourmet flavors

The perfect pizza at home? Why bother?! It's never crisp enough, cheezy enough or as good as the local pizza place....right? Wrong, my friends. So very wrong.

Today, I had the pleasure of being introduced to the G.E. Advantium Oven. With absolutely ZERO preheating and not a single specialty pizza pan in sight, I made the most mouth-watering artisan pizza you could hope for. Crispy yet not dry, deliciously melted & it was all thanks to my G.E. Advantium Speed Cook Oven. The Advantium oven uses programmed food settings & sensors to ensure your meal is cooked perfectly. And so it was!

As yummy as my pepperoni & mozzarella pie looked, I was hungry for something more. I wanted to take those staple ingredients and swap them out for something playful, savory and surprising. Enter my Blueberry & Goat Cheese Artisan Pizza.

BLUEBERRY?! Yes. A thousand times yes. The slight sweetness of this tiny berry, mixed with salty goat cheese, dotted with torn prosciutto, topped with caramelized onions, chopped rosemary & a drizzle of honey makes my taste buds ~sing~! Try it for yourself and see. I promise you will fall in love.

Blueberry Pizza with Honeyed Goat Cheese and Prosciutto

8 ounces goat cheese, softened

2 tablespoons honey

Flatbread or artisan pizza crust

4 oz fresh blueberries

4 to 5 slices thinly shaved prosciutto

3 tbs fresh rosemary

1 sweet onion, thinly sliced

3 tbs butter
