Yelling: using all caps in a sentence is used for yelling like this: HI THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Length of email: how long your email is.
Use of forwards: when you forward your email to somebody.
Editing your email: when you edit your email.
