My favourite youtuber is Whitney Simons. Her routine is encorouging and her diet is easy to follow. A lot can be learned from her if you are a starter. Take a look¡

Cardio all day all night

You can´t start a journey if you don´t know where you want to go. The first thing you need to do is to set your goals. Here is a list for you to personalize:

  • Lose weight (how much?)
  • Days going to the gym (how many a week?)
  • New calorie intake (if you are a girl you should reduce your calorie intake by 200 to 300 calories)
