We need

4 potatoes

1 salt

500 g semi-coarse flour

200 g sheep cheese

200 g smoked bacon

200 ml sour cream

1. Grate potatoes mixed with salt and water

2.Add flour until our way will not remain standing spoon

3. Cut the smoked bacon on low heat and slowly fry until red

4.Sheep cheese to mix with sour cream

We reprinted by Sifter cdough for noodles in boiling salted water, when we are finished . „Halušky" proceed after remove the hot rinse even let sheep cheese and bacon. Bon appetite.
