The Alchemist By: lydia Meyling

“It is this: that at a certain part in our lives, we lose control of what's happening to us, and our lives become controlled by fate. That’s the world at its greatest."(18)
This quote relates directly to the fact that you can not always control everything but once you lose control of it fate will take over. Better things will always come of good and bad things, so sometimes you just have to let fate take over for the best.
“I don't want to change anything, because I don’t know how to deal with change”
This quote stood out to me because everyone goes through this at some point but just has to deal with the change because it could be for the better. This relates to creating your own personal legend by showing you have to try new things to succeed and not be afraid of change. Change always has its benefits. Even if at the time it just seems like all bad has come of it in the end it will all be better.
