Storm Front -2020 The 2020 St. John's Basketball Season in Review

Best if viewed in landscape mode.

Mike Anderson became the 21st head basketball coach at St. John’s and continued his winning ways guiding the Red Storm to a 17 win season. In his eighteen years of coaching Anderson has never had a losing season. Among some of highlights of the 2020 season were victories against West Virginia and Arizona, as well as 20 point victory against the 10th ranked team in the country Creighton. St. John's season finished the season winning 3 of their last 4 games including an opening round victory against Georgetown in the Big East Tournament. Unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic shut the college basketball season down with St. John's leading Creighton at halftime in the quarterfinals of the Big East Tournament.
