I love art because I can let my imagination run wild! I feel like an artist when I paint! Doing art makes me feel happy and like I want to share what I’ve created.-Ellie
Preschool Art Show at Home
I am an artist because I was made like that. Art makes me feel happy.-Jack
I love art because it’s fun and you can do anything you want. I feel like an artist when I am happy and when I’m with my family. Doing art makes me “HAPPY!”—Sophie
Dripping with Gratitude
I want to thank our art teacher Lori Barnett and the preschool teachers for inspiring amazing creativity in the children, Beth Pride for her incredible skill at putting a show like this together, Grace Barnett ’18 for helping her mom prep and photograph the art, Laura des Cognets, Georgia Grigor, Kristin Lawson, Anne Leake, and Ashton Sawyer for help with matting before social distancing started, Ann Lancaster for matting the remaining pieces from home, and Amanda Brislin and Jeff Crowe for all of their behind-the-scenes work. With great appreciation, Donna

Most of the time as I’m driving to work I’m not in photography mode so I ignore nice stuff like this. Until a day I decided photography will be omnipresent in my life. This girl showed up (again) by magic. I woke up early morning on a Sunday to avoid the crowds and took the shot. Here it is :-)" • Anna Kolosyuk - "untitled image"
