Solving problems, using technology, to make business plans more accurate, and processes more effective and efficient. Challenge me!!!
Strategic Thinking: Understanding the context where an organization operates, co-creating a strategy with colleagues and inspiring them to “walk the talk”.
Connecting with people: I love working with people and inspire them to bring the best of them as persons and as a group.
Fast paced learner of new technologies: I continuously learn about new technologies to analyze and optimize our strategic and business processes.
Traveling: I love traveling and meeting new people. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
I AM NOT GOOD AT:
Talking S&%T: I don’t like to talk much and be part of “never ending or 30,000 feet discussions”. Don’t like politics!!
Living on a plane: Traveling more than 25% of the time is my “kryptonite”. I prefer taking advantage of technology to connect with partners and the team, as necessary.
Doing "spreadsheets" for you: I am an Excel "master", but don't ask me to prepare Excel tables for you. I can teach you some tricks so you can prepare your own.
Working Backstage: I believe my direct and continuous interactions with the executive management team boost my motivation and contributions
