Sam Kosiborod - Both Will and Gaurav were incredible project partners. They both demonstrated hard work, cooperation, originality, determination, and good sportsmanship. Gaurav kept our journal up to date and put tons of effort into helping design the boat. Will constantly was coming up with solutions for the obstacles we ran into and was most of the brawns in construction of the boat. He helped Gaurav with what to put the in the journal and made sure our group was ahead of schedule. All in all both group mates made this project fun, easy, and pleasurable, and made the project a jubilant and educational environment.
Will Grice - Both Sam and Gaurav demonstrated their professionalism during this project. In every stage of the project, design, construction, and the race, when we experienced a problem, they were both never panicked, and instead stopped and thought about what a solution to the problem would be. Even after we sunk after only making it 3/4ths of the way, neither complained or put the blame of someone, instead they kept their head up, and helped clean up. These two individuals showed integrity and other trait that should be expected when conducting a larger group project like the boat races.
Gaurav Ghosh - Both Sam and Will were perfect team members and we worked very well together on this project. It was due to their resilient work ethic that we managed to finish our boat in time and were never rushed to work faster. We kept a constant working speed and helped each other out along the process when troubles would arise. Even though I was gone on Friday, Sam and Will kept on going with the work and completed the second to last part of our boat. They demonstrated skills any person would want in their team members. I was in charge of overseeing the completion of the adobe spark page. Sam lead the charge on the calculations for the boat and Will kept the design process in check while maintaining a similarity to our prototype. With these great teammates, working on the boat project was fun, exciting and rejuvenating.
