Synopsis- Beloved is a story written during slavery in the southern part of Ohio. The story is written mostly about the story of Sethe. Sethe became a freed slave and lived somewhere else with her children. But one day some people came and wanted to take her children away. So what Sethe did is that she killed her sons and eldest daughter. Later on in the story she finds a woman in which she believes has the spirit of her daughter Beloved. The one that was murdered by Sethe. So towards the end Sethe tries to show or explain why she killed her.
