The Holtekamp Bridge is
a steel box arch bridge between Hamadi Distric to Muaratami Distric on the Jayapura City in Indonesia.
Started on Augustus 2015, the 450 meters as the Main Span, the two and a half kilometers as the approach span, will to be the longest steel arch bridge in Indonesia and the first mega structur in Jayapura.
The Load Out
One of the Chalenges is to bring the full arch span from land workshop to the above of the barge. There are many risk that could be fall down the arch. So far, we are planning to use the SPMT as transporting equipment from the workshop to jetty, then use Ballasting Barge for stable the load out process.
The Mega Sea Transport
This is the main course of the whole works, this high risk transportation is bring the 1800 tons steel arch bridge from Surabaya to Jayapura through Java Sea, Banda Sea, Molucca Sea, Halmahera Sea, Sorong, Manokwari, Biak, and finally the Jayapura Sea. almost all of the route followed is the open ocean that have high waves and the deep sea.
The Schedule
The schedule of the first trip is on Augustus 2017, the one months after that the second trip will be on September 2017. On this periode, we know its the bad weather periode, especialy on the pacific ocean, so we had a tight schedule so this work will not be delayed until the worse period weather.
The Subcontractor
All of this operations will be subcontractor work, include the engineering matter, survey, insurance, until the arch spans arrive safely and completely on the site project. Nevertheless, we are the ones who take full responsibility for all this work. 3 company's good name is at stake in this high-risk job, so we'll supervise from the technical side to the operational work.
Therefore we are looking for technical team is highly skilled and experienced in the work above, who worked with us to review the various sea transport works. Here are the team that we need :
