Model of Pizza Oven

March 3rd: My first Maker Pathway is on Modeling, I decided to make a pizza oven, a pizza spatula, and the pizza itself. In order to do so, I need to use a shoe box to built the actual oven, cardboard to create the spatula, and also wood in order to create the pizza itself. In order to do all of this, I have to start by drawing out what I want it to look like, and I also have to figure out my dimensions.

March 10th: During the course of the week I had to figure how I was going to built this oven. I started by taking a shoe box, and I tried to find a way to cut a hole big enough for the pizza to fix. The only challenge was that I didn't know how big the pizza was! I had to go back through my sketches in order to see how large I wanted the pizza to be (5in). The hole in the oven was then 7 inches wide in order to fit the pizza, and the spatula.

March 17th: During the course of this week I ran into a slight problem, in order to make the whole in the shoe box I obviously needed a way to cut the actual hole. I didn't wanna dent the box, nor did I want to ruin the box by using a razor blade. So, I took sharp hair scissors, and cut the hole perfectly. When I put the shoe box lid back on, it was starting to come together.
